Children should be safe from sexual exploitation wherever they grow up. And we can all help to prevent child abuse around the world. For this purpose, Defence for Children and ECPAT have developed the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism, in short The Code.

When you, as a guest or a partner employee suspect that a fellow traveler or one of your guests engages in, or is planning to engage in, child sexual abuse, you can report this via the following webpage: Of course, you can also discuss your concerns with our local partner if you cannot report your concerns while traveling.

We have included specific articles on this topic in our Code of Conduct for Partners and for Guests that you can find here. As PIT, we will also report any (suspected) child sexual abuse concerns to local authorities and our Partners will do the same. Local authorities can be found using via this page: Child Helpline International.

Please be alert and help to keep children around the world safe!
